Calcium Ammonium Nitrate
CAN fertilizer contains a total of 26% nitrogen in ammonium and nitrate forms. It is a top fertilizer used in fertilizing all plants except rice, especially in non-calcareous soils with acidic pH. CAN fertilizer, on the one hand, provides the nitrate that the plant needs in a ready manner, on the other hand, it meets the nitrogen that the plant will need throughout the growing season by retaining ammonium ions by soil colloids.
